If for any reason we cannot sell to you, you will be notified instantly. Police and military buyers only require the fax of a letterhead. Q. Can you ship guns everywhere in the US? A. We have participating dealers in our extensive network in all US States, including Alaska, Hawaii and the US protectorates (eg: Puerto Rico). We can ship directly to consumers with certain types of firearms. For others, you can pick up your purchase at a dealer within a few minutes of your home, often within 24 hours. Can you ship to other countries? A. We have shipped all over the world, but remember that you are dealing with TWO governments when you buy internationally! It is much easier for us to ship to you, in general, if you are with the police or military in your country. Private citizens in countries such as Australia and UK are not allowed to own firearms, sadly enough, even to protect their homes or families. We have and know all the forms and rules required to get you your purchase, and we will quickly and courteously tell you if there might be a problem, depending on where you live and what your job is. Often, there are special circumstances for certain occupations (eg. as in security guards, lawyers and even jewelers in countries like Italy and Greece). Email us for the specific rules in your country. Q. What level of paperwork is required to buy from you? A. Paperwork depends on who you are, what you do, and where you live. In some cases all the paperwork you need can be handled by email or fax to us, in other cases you will have to fill out an additional form when you pick up your purchase locally. Police or military buyers do not require federal forms if they buy with their letterhead for duty use. Q. I noticed you are in Arizona. I live in Arizona. Are there any special rules for me? A. On one hand, it is easier to get you your gun, on the other, you have to pay State sales tax of about 8 and a half percent. Police and military buyers in Arizona are generally tax exempt. Q. Is the price shown the actual price, or is there more due if I use a credit card? A. All prices are out the door, no hidden charges, and all prices include shipping and insurance. The only exception is if you are a resident of Arizona, then there will be state tax added. If there is a charge from your local dealer in our transfer network (usually $25) we will let you know, depending on your zip code.
